Birth dates are (conventionally, for the needs of this bet, and thus indisputably) June 12th, 2012 for Havelock , November 17th, 2012 for BTCT and December 12th, 2012 for Bitfunder If an exchange is no longer trading, or if its current owner announces its closure, or its transfer to anonymous parties, that exchange will not have survived for the needs of this bet.
