Bet resolves as Yes if BitPay announces that it has ceased or it will cease operations, or that it has stopped or it will stop either accepting new merchants, accepting new payments or remitting funds, or if the processes involved are changed so as to be sufficiently onerous so as to be equivalent to stoppage in the estimation of BitBet ; or if third parties convincingly prove they have been owed significant sums for longer than sixty days ; or if the website is down for one whole week. Bet resolves as No otherwise.
