The European bitcoin exchange www.bitcoin-24.com, which got its funds frozen in the beginning of April, will pay out all outstanding withdrawal requests by the end of May 2013.
Proof of nonpayment will be sufficient to close this bet at "No".

BTC have been released now, but /$ are still frozen.
Bet on "NO" if you don’t believe it. I think it will work out eventually, but I have my doubts it is to happen till May 30th.
