If SatoshiDice stops being traded as S.DICE the value of S.DICE is zero, even if it is zero because it no longer exists. Satoshi Dice can be worth more than S.BBET, but S.DICE will no longer will be capable of being worth more because S.DICE is as dead as Trayvon Martin. At least I’m pretty sure about this. This might be FUD, Trollfeed, or intentionally wrong.
It might be worth reading the bet text very literally though. Since this still seems open to betting consider the time till it closes a test in reading comprehension.

When SDICE is delisted, it’s value is not zero. To be worth zero you need to find someone to trade with for zero.
It simply won’t have a value any more. That is a distinct concept to having a value of zero.
And, not having a value, the statement that BBET is worth more cannot hold true, vacuously. Similarly the statement that BBET is worth less than SDICE is also vacuously false.

It remains false. The shares will never have reached 0 on MPEx. The market cap doesn’t disappear/become 0 for SatoshiDice. SatoshiDice doesn’t become worth less than BBET. It just become a 100% owned privately, off exchange asset. It’s no longer possible to determine SD’s market cap. But it’s certainly not zero.
